Who knew the bear would paint cats and chickens? Here's the progress of the little yellow canvas just about to fall from my travel easel. Photos are all well and good but painting need to be experienced in the flesh. Midtown Makers is open! #cerisart, #midtownmakers, #ballymenameanschristmas
A change of pace today in the studio. The doll came from Glencraig's Advent Fair. The chickens were started on Monday in Midtown Makers. The goats have me on pause. The cat appeared while painting Beau and his tabby helper. There is still a long way to go but I got to grips with it today.
Go Fish My man took one look at this little canvas and saw the white fish taking a chunk out of the gold fish as in the first image. Hopefully my fish are co-existing more comfortably now!
My Staffie is celebrating Christmas....the photo is on the dark side but it has been so gloomy....
Here then is a little bit of sparkle for the season because we all need some twinkle! Enjoy. This little cat helped me to get a grasp on the fur structure of my last commission. I couldn't work out what was going on with the fur of a longer haired cat. I will not post my muddy attempts at the four-legged fiend. I didn't know how much I would enjoy the challenge! Here's the mog.
